As soon as you select your package and sign up, you will receive an email requesting that you send over your resume (if you have one) and any supporting documents to our admin specialist. They will assign your resume to the most qualified writer based on your background. Expect to be contacted by your writer within 1 business day after signing up to schedule your branding and strategy call.

You will receive your first draft for review within 3-5 business days from the time you complete your consultation with your personally assigned writer. You can also upgrade to our Priority Service for an additional $149 which guarantees your first resume draft within 48 hours from your consultation.

We’ve taken job search services to the next level by offering the most in-depth fully managed job search service in the world. Our goal is to stick with you throughout the entire job search journey. Career Finder services are provided for periods of 4 weeks. Payment is due before services begin and each 4-week period costs $2,500. Our services are designed to provide job search tasks, rather than guaranteed job placement; therefore, there are no payment plans based on your next job’s salary.

Our professional Job Search Managers will never work with more than 4 clients at any given time. We average 3.5 clients at any given time throughout the year. This allows us to allocate ~10 hours per week on your search. Believe it or not, what we do in 10 hours is what the average Joe would do in 20-40 hours. We are highly efficient and effective since this is something that we do every day, for a living.

Our coaching services require a commitment no longer than the duration of the session booked. Sessions are 1 to 2 hours long. We recommend planning for 5 – 10 sessions for our Career Discovery coaching. You may have homework in addition to the session hours.

Career coaching is just that, coaching. While you are working with a certified career coaching professional, they will offer guidance, support, and/or advice. You ultimately choose what you do with that information. The most successful coaching relationships and outcomes happen when you put the time and energy into your career during your coaching and afterwards.

While it’s extremely rare for us to have clients who do not absolutely love our services, we offer our Career Coaching Promise to help put your mind at ease. Our Career Coaching Promise states that if for any reason you are unhappy with the services you received, we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
